  • Supplier or supply contracts

  • Non-disclosure agreements

  • ...and many more!

Will you represent me as an attorney?

Although there will be an attorney-client relationship formed upon the engagement of my services, the scope of that relationship will extend only to the actual document review or terms of your specific retainer agreement. Outside of this transaction and what is specifically stated in the signed retainer, you must consider yourself to be unrepresented by counsel. If you wish to extend the scope of representation, a new retainer agreement must be signed and new fee agreement executed.

How long will it take you to complete the review?

Depending on my current availability, size of the project, and time frame, anywhere from 24 hours to a week for single document review projects. However, whether you need the process complete within a day or a week, I will do my utmost to complete it in a timely fashion.

If you have hired me for application preparation, the process can take anywhere from a week to a month depending on how quickly you can provide requested supporting documents.

What can I expect to get back from you upon completion of the work?

This depends entirely on the service you request. For example, if you have requested that I simply review an employment contract to make sure it is valid and legal, you will receive a short memo from me giving my opinion and answer. If, on the other hand, you have requested assistance in drafting a contract or requested a detailed breakdown of the terms of an existing contract, then you will receive a much more detailed memo including any additional information that you may require. You may also receive a red-lined version of the document in question along with the memo. If you are an immigration client, you will receive weekly email updates on the status of your application.

How do we communicate with each other?

Once we have had an initial consult (set up via the message system on this website) and I have agreed to complete the work, communication will be by email and/or phone, depending on the nature of the work. In person interactions are ONLY with my ICE, USCIS, EOIR, or other court appearance clients.
